Ingredients
- 40 Julieta´s Cookies
- 100 gr. melted butter
- 100 gr. melted butter
- 2 envelopes of lemon jelly
- 200 ml. of water
- 500 ml. liquid whipping cream
- 250 gr. cream cheese
- 100 gr. of sugar
- 150 ml. milk
Preparation
- In the food processor, pulverize the Juliet Cookies and place them in a deep bowl. Add the butter and form a dough with which you cover the pie pan. Refrigerate.
- Heat the water to a boil and dissolve the lemon gelatin sachets in it. Let it temper.
- In the blender, mix the cream, cheese, sugar and milk, beating until everything is well combined. Then add the gelatin at room temperature and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the mold lined with the Julieta´s Cookie dough and refrigerate for three hours before serving.
